Mediation vs. Litigation

In litigation, parties are some-times left with agreements that do not serve both parties needs and seem unfair to one or the other.  As a result, agreements may be sabotaged or not carried out.

Mediation helps a couple to resolve issues and find practical, fair solutions that work for both of them.  Research shows that such agreements are usually fulfilled and couples feel in greater control of their own lives.
